We are not open all day, everyday...depends on the paddling conditions and when the boys are working in the warehouse.  Open by appointment at other times.  Order online, drop us an email, or see you at a regatta.

We are pleased to announce the opening of the first Paddles Warehouse on the Sunshine Coast. 
We will have all bases covered, including SUP, Outrigging, Dragon Boating and Surf Sports, all under the one roof.

In conjunction with the warehouse we will be launching our new website over the coming months  to make it easier to shop for your paddling needs.

You will be able to walk in and take home a canoe, paddle, Standup paddle board or clothing.

East coast road trip - A van, a baby and lots of paddles

From mid December and throughout January the PADDLES van loaded with a baby, plus paddles, clothing and demo canoes (including the Outrigger Connection Osprey and Zulu rudderless V1) toured down the east coast of Australia (from Sunshine Coast QLD down to Canberra and Mollymook).

We covered over 3,000 km, meet lots of paddlers and got to paddle in some lovely places.  Thanks to everyone who hosted a demo day or had us to come and stay.

Hamilton Island Cup 2009- Mooloolaba's PADDLES-XCEL team battled it out with Northcliffe. 

The action packed racing was captured on film by Sue Sheard. 

Molokai Relay 2009

Congratulations to all the Aussies who tackled a very tough flat water Molokai Channel and came through with outstanding results.  Lea Curtis and Coral Darbishire came 3rd in Open Womens, young guns Nick Wendt and Andrew McAleenan came 7th across the line, and Danny Sheard and Mike Mills-thom won the Master Mens.

We were proud to support the juniors who had outstanding team and individual performances against the worlds best at the World Sprint Titles in Sacramento, USA in August 2008. Congratulations to Allan and Jenny Rasmussen and the Sunshine Coast Junior Development Squad.

PADDLES supports junior outrigging in Fiji In conjunction with Allan Rasmussen of the Sunshine Coast Junior Development Squad, and Kialoa, PADDLES is proud to have been able to support the development of junior outrigging within Australia and overseas. On behalf of Nadi Bay Canoe Club I would like to say a big thank you for supplying the set of Kialoa paddles that came at a very good time.
